What are your rates?

The packages and add-ons are flat rates that factor the time and materials spent. All rates will be agreed upon by both parties before starting on your project.

What experience do you have?

I have worked with a couple of businesses within the Yakima Valley. You can see some of those projects on my portfolio page.

What is the process?

Parts of the process might be different based on the package and any add-ons you might choose. However, the overall process will be the same. This includes a discovery meeting to see if we are the right fit for you and your business. From there, we agree upon a contract and get started with the onboarding process for this project. We will have meetings to discuss and review throughout the entire project. It will end with the final review and off boarding process. We are with you every step of the way.

How do I know what exactly I need for my business?

We tailor to you! You can set up a 30 minute discovery call where we can discuss your business needs and what website package and/or add-ons work the best for your company.

How long will this take?

It will most likely take up to a month to complete. There will be an agreed upon timeline included in the contract before we start working together. The package you choose, if you have any add-ons, collection of assets from your business, and timely responses are all factored into meeting the planned out timeline.
